Oatmeal Raisin Cookies by Dan Serves 24 Total 30 minutes Oven Temp 175 °C - 20 minutes Difficulty Super Easy Chef Joanne Chang Method Cream together the butter and sugars until smooth, then add the eggs one at a time and beat together. Add the flour, rolled oats, bicarbonate of soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and raisins and then mix until the flour is just incorporated. Add the dough to an airtight container and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Make golf size balls from the dough and then place on a lined baking tray 2 inches apart. Bake for 20 minutes and then allow to cool on a wire rack.
