Combine the butter, sugars, salt, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, vanilla extract and nutmeg in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time and beat to combine. Add the flour and chocolate and mix to form a stiff dough. Wrap the dough in clingfilm and chill in the fridge overnight. Divide the dough into 32 balls and arrange on lined baking trays. Bake for around 12-15 minutes.
