600 g Cream Cheese

300 ml Sour Cream

25 g Cornflour

175 g Caster Sugar

3 Eggs

1 Pinch Sea Salt

Method

  1. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together for 5 minutes.

  2. Add the eggs one at a time and beat until combined.

  3. Add the sour cream, salt and cornflour and mix until combined.

  4. Line a tin with parchment paper and pour the mixture inside and then bake for 50 minutes. Once done allow to cool in the tin on a wire rack for 3 hours.
