Ingredients

For the Dessert

50 g Flaked Almonds

1000 g Plain Flour

50 g Oats

300 g Caster Sugar

100 g Dark Muscado Sugar

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

500 g Unsalted Butter (Cubed)

Can be frozen to be used at a later date.

Method

  1. Using your finger tips rub the butter and flour together in a large bowl until they resemble breadcrumbs.

  2. Add the other ingredients and mix together.

  3. If using for a crumble topping sprinkle on top (the rest can be frozen for a later date), add a splash of water and then bake for 30 minutes.
